What Can I Do?
  1. Review the FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT (OCT 2002), Master Plan and related documents... View the East Fishkill Master Plans.

The FEIS includes some resident comments from the 2002 public hearings and the town board's responses!
Look up more residents' issues in step 2.

  2. Read comments from the July 25 & May 23, 2002 Public Hearings... View letters sent to officials and media.
This is the best way to see the issues raised by your neighbors!

  3. Check the Town Website (www.eastfishkillny.org) for any new Meeting Announcements (Town Board, Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, Conservation Advisory Council, etc.) Let them know when the information is not available.

  4. Read and PRINT OUT the Read and Print out the Public Hearing Guide .

  5. Write Letters to the Town.
Always use USPS CERTIFIED MAIL, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED. (Forms are available at the Post Office.)
    Do not hand-deliver letters.

  6. Write Letters to the Editor!
