Discharge pipe mentioned in previous two photos is visible in lower left, clogged with a bottle and rocks. The rectangular cement structure behind the pipe is an overflow tank for the Beacon sewer system. The homeowner reports that during each heavy rain, the overflow tank fills and raw sewage pours out from under the lid into the Fishkill Creek.
