The 1969 Bean Blossom Banjo Contest was held in the Brown County Barn on Thursday Afternoon June 19, 1969 with all contestants playing one tune. Seven semi-finalists were chosen to play three tunes Thursday evening and three finalists were selected to play again before selecting a winner.
